Dr. Rainer Lampe
is the founder and Managing Partner at Transformation Partner. With over 20 years of consulting experience - mainly in the Finance, Automotive, Manufacturing and Healthcare sector, Dr. Lampe is a specialist in the industry and highly appreciated by his clients.
He studied business economics at University St. Gallen in Switzerland and got his Ph.D. at University Vienna, Austria. He has travelled the world to work on international projects and experienced a variety of different cultures and countries.
Dr. Manuel Solbach
joined Transformation Partner as a Senior Consultant in 2019. He has over 20 years of international management experience at renowned companies in pharmaceutical- and chemical industries. His main focus lies on value chains in Pharma, Automotive, Adhesives as well as other Processing Industries. His has profound experience in M&A and Investor Relations as well as functional expertise in marketing as well as sales.
He graduated with a Masters in business economics at University St. Gallen in Switzerland, where he also earned his Ph.D.
Manuel has lived and worked both in the UK and the USA for over six years, and furthermore expanded his multicultural empathy through regular and intensive business travels throughout Europe.
Neşe Öner
joined TP as Office Manager and Executive Assistant. With experience in multiple sectors, she is our professional interface and contact for our clients. She also supports all national and international projects.
Neşe is our organizational talent in the office. Many of our clients especially appreciate her presentation design expertise. She is also responsible for all administrative matters in our office.
